This approx 5 x 17" pad is a nice all around size for soothing all your aches and pains and relieving the stress and fatigue of the day.
Just Heat In The Microwave

My rice bags are made of all natural cotton fabric filled with long grained rice! Colorful outside cover is made of 100% COTTON fabric with a Velcro closure and can be easily removed for washing. Comes with directions

These are so simple to use just heat in the microwave for 1 to 3 minutes on high depending on power of your MW. These bags will provide a safe, moist heat. I use one nightly to warm my tootsies. Can be placed in the freezer if you desire a soothing cold pack but then I would need to have two because mine is always in use as a hot pack.

These bags are wonderful for necks, backs, sore muscles or to take to bed on a cold night...perfect for arthritis, sports injuries, migraines, or cramps. Ideal for wrapping around neck and shoulders after a long day of work. Relaxes aching muscles and relieves back pain. This wonderful rice filled heating bag measures approximately 5" wide and 17" long. . It will retain heat for up to one hour. I have had and used one of these bags for years.

My rice bags are approximately 17" long and 4.5" wide. They are great for relieving those neck aches and strained shoulders but can be used anywhere. I take one to bed at night to warm up my feet and legs. They come with various patterns for the covers which close with a velcro closure making them easy to take off and wash while keeping your rice bag nice and clean. I have also added lavendar to soothe. See picture before the cover is added
