My rice bags are approximately 17" long and 4.5" wide. They are great for relieving those neck aches and strained shoulders but can be used anywhere. I take one to bed at night to warm up my feet and legs. They come with various patterns for the covers which close with a velcro closure making them easy to take off and wash while keeping your rice bag nice and clean.
